What language are the resources in?
Every CloseOS resource is written in English. The product pages and the files use the same language.
What format do I receive?
Each resource is a digital PDF. Nothing is shipped; there is no physical product.
Can I buy the resources separately?
Yes. The Playbook (€79), the Objection Mail Pack (€17) and the Proposal One-Pager Pack (€19) are each available on their own. The bundles are optional.
What is inside each bundle?
The After-Call Duo (€29) contains the Proposal One-Pager Pack and the Objection Mail Pack as two separate PDFs. The Complete Sales System (€99) contains the Playbook plus both specialist packs as three separate PDFs. The free 7 Discovery Questions PDF is not part of either bundle price.
Does the Playbook already cover objections and proposals?
Yes. The Playbook covers the whole process, including objections, follow-up and a one-pager skeleton. The two specialist packs go deeper into those two tasks with more focused examples and variants. The Playbook is complete on its own.
